The bill would amend the Election Code to require a political subdivision to designate an early voting polling place an eligible county polling place. Under the provisions of the bill, a political subdivision would not be permitted to designate as an early voting polling place a location other than an eligible county polling place unless each eligible county polling place located in the political subdivision is designated as an early voting polling place by the subdivision. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
