The bill would amend the Natural Resources Code relating to the authority of the Railroad Commission to adopt rules related to ratemaking procedures and to the status of previously adopted rules. The Railroad Commission indicates bill provisions are not anticipated to have a significant fiscal implication to the agency or the State.
