The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code to allow a child of a Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission employee to be employed by the holder of a license or permit issued under the Alcoholic Beverage Code. The bill would take effect September 1, 2015. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
