The bill would amend the Education Code relating to the creation of an advisory committee to recommend a uniform pre-nursing curriculum for undergraduate professional nursing programs offered by public institutions of higher education. This analysis assumes that any costs for creation of the advisory committee would be spread across the various member institutions, and would not be significant. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
