The bill would amend Election code to increase the threshold for reporting of a direct campaign expenditure on a campaign finance report with the Ethics Commission . It's assumed that any costs associated with implementing the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.The bill would take effect upon receiving two-thirds vote, otherwise, it would take effect September 1, 2015.
