                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD    Austin, Texas      FISCAL NOTE, 84TH LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION            April 24, 2015      TO: Honorable Myra Crownover, Chair, House Committee on Public Health      FROM: Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB3581 by Sheffield (Relating to the creation and maintenance of a registry of physicians co-managing patients with Licensees under Chapter 351, Occupations Code), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the creation and maintenance of a registry of physicians co-managing patients with Licensees. Based on the analysis of the Optometry Board, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
