 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
 AN ACT
 relating to the dedication of certain fee revenue to automobile
 burglary and theft prevention and establishing a trust fund for the
 deposit of that revenue.
 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
 SECTION 1.  Section 10(e), Article 4413(37), Revised
 Statutes, is amended to read as follows:
 (e)  Fifty percent of each fee collected under Subsection (b)
 shall be deposited to the credit of a trust fund in the state
 treasury. Money in the trust fund may be appropriated only to the
 authority for the purposes of this article.
 SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
 a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as
 provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this
 Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
 Act takes effect September 1, 2015
