The bill would amend the Government Code to expand the definition of a Veterans Court Program to include inclusion of a participant's family members who agree to be involved in the treatment and services provided to the participant. Based on the analysis of the Office of Court Administration, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
