The bill would stipulate certain prohibitions on certain employment and volunteer activity for sex offenders required to register for life. It is assumed any costs associated with implementing the provisions of this bill could be absorbed within existing resources. The bill would take effect September 1, 2015. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
