This bill would amend the Government Code relating to the acceptance of employment applications through the online system for listing state agency employment openings maintained by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). Based on information provided by TWC, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
