                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD    Austin, Texas      FISCAL NOTE, 84TH LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION            May 7, 2015      TO: Honorable Robert Nichols, Chair, Senate Committee on Transportation      FROM: Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB612 by Davis, Sarah (Relating to license plates issued to female veterans with disabilities.), As Engrossed    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Transportation Code to require the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to issue Woman Disabled Veteran license plates.Based on the information provided by the DMV, it is assumed implementation of the bill would not result in a significant impact to the state's cash flows and any costs associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within the agency's existing resources.
