Based on information provided by the Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending, Department of Banking, Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner, and Office of Court Administration, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
