This would also likely add additional related appeals and challenges during the competitive Housing Tax Credit ("HTC") funding process. Based on the analysis of TDHCA, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing respources. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
