                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD    Austin, Texas      FISCAL NOTE, 84TH LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION            February 13, 2015      TO: Honorable Richard Peña Raymond, Chair, House Committee on Human Services      FROM: Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB77 by González, Mary (Relating to a study of the Dallas Men Against Abuse program.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would require that the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), with assistance from the other health and human services agencies and the Texas Education Agency (TEA) as needed, conduct a study and report to the legislature on the Dallas Men Against Abuse program.  This analysis assumes that any costs to HHSC to implement the provisions of the bill could be absorbed  within current resources. TEA indicates that any costs associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within the agency's existing resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
