The bill would amend Section 504.502, Transportation Code, relating to certain exhibition vehicles, to require the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to issue "Antique Bus" specialty license plates. Based on the analysis of the DMV, it is assumed the provisions of the bill would not have a significant effect on the state's cash flow and any costs or duties associated implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within the agency's existing resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
