This bill would amend Government Code related to hiring an assistant director and certain required qualifications of the director and assistant director for the Texas Military Preparedness Commission. This bill would take effect September 1, 2015.The Office of the Governor indicates that any costs associated with implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.
