A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to the
repeal of the requirement that counties and
municipalities offer to remove graffiti from private property free
of charge before requiring the property owner to remove the
graffiti.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Section 250.006(b), Local Government Code, is
repealed.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015.
