HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The House of Representatives of the State of Texas
has returned House Bill No. 2187 with senate amendments to the
Senate of the State of Texas; and
WHEREAS, Further consideration of the bill by the house is
necessary; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the State of
Texas, with the senate concurring, hereby respectfully request that
the Secretary of the Senate be authorized to return House Bill
No. 2187 to the house for further consideration.
Recalling H.B. 2187 from the Senate for further consideration.
