R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, The YMCA of the Highland Lakes at Galloway-Hammond
was named the Large Business of the Year at the Burnet Chamber of
Commerce annual awards banquet on February 7, 2015; and
WHEREAS, Each year, the Burnet chamber recognizes
individuals and businesses for their outstanding achievements and
for their efforts to benefit the local community; and
WHEREAS, Through its exceptional contributions, the YMCA of
the Highland Lakes at Galloway-Hammond has furthered Burnet's
reputation as a great place to live, work, and raise a family, and
the organization is indeed deserving of this notable honor; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate the YMCA of the Highland Lakes at
Galloway-Hammond on its selection as the Large Business of the Year
by the Burnet Chamber of Commerce and extend to all those associated
with the enterprise sincere best wishes for continued success; and,
be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for the organization as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
