R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Officer Donna Hubbard has rendered outstanding
service to her fellow North Texas residents during her 30-year
career with the Arlington Police Department; and
WHEREAS, The well-being of a community depends on the skill
and courage of its police personnel, as well as on their steadfast
commitment to serve and protect; and
WHEREAS, A respected public servant, Officer Hubbard can take
justifiable pride in the contributions she has made in safeguarding
the lives and property of local citizens; and
WHEREAS, Throughout her distinguished tenure, Officer
Hubbard has exemplified the highest ideals of the law enforcement
profession, and she is indeed deserving of recognition for a job
well done; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
Legislature hereby honor Officer Donna Hubbard for her 30 years of
service with the Arlington Police Department and extend to her
sincere best wishes for continued success in her vital work; and, be
it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Officer Hubbard as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
