H.R. No. 624
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Schlotzsky's franchise owner Michele
Jaroszewski-Webb has deservedly been named the Small Business of
the Year Award winner by the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce, and
this achievement indeed merits special recognition; and
WHEREAS, A fitting recipient of this notable honor,
Ms. Jaroszewski-Webb has benefited local residents as a mentor for
Georgetown Partners in Education, through her work with the
Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and by furnishing more than
$12,000 of support to the Georgetown Independent School District;
in addition, downtown visitors delight in the cookies she provides
each year for the annual Lighting of the Square; and
WHEREAS, Those individuals who give generously of their time
and talents strengthen the communities in which they live, and it is
a pleasure to recognize Michele Jaroszewski-Webb for her
contributions to the greater good; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Michele Jaroszewski-Webb on her
receipt of the Small Business of the Year Award from the Georgetown
Chamber of Commerce and extend to her sincere best wishes for the
future; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Ms. Jaroszewski-Webb as an expression of high regard
by the Texas House of Representatives.
