The bill would amend the Family Code relating to the insurance reporting program operated by the Title IV-D agency. The bill would exclude certain claims for damage to real or personal property from insurer reporting requirements. Bill provisions are not anticipated to have a significant fiscal implication to the court system. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
