                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD    Austin, Texas      FISCAL NOTE, 84TH LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION            March 27, 2015      TO: Honorable Charles Perry, Chair, Senate Committee on Agriculture, Water & Rural Affairs      FROM: Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:SB1301 by Perry (Relating to the governance and administration of the Texas Water Resources Finance Authority.), As Introduced    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would delete a reference to the governing body of the Water Development Board as having six members. The bill would also allow a special meeting of the Texas Water Resources Finance Authority (TWRFA) to be called on request of a majority of the directors. No fiscal impact is expected as a result of the bill's passage.   Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
