The bill would amend the Family Code as it relates to encouraging age-appropriate normalcy activities for children in the managing conservatorship of the state.The Department of Family and Protective Services and Office of Court Administration do not anticipate any significant fiscal impacts as a result of complying with the provisions of the bill.  Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
