The bill relates to Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board fees for the administration of certificates of authorization and certificates of authority issued to certain postsecondary educational institutions. This analysis assumes that any costs to the Higher Education Coordinating Board to implement provisions of the bill will be supported by the revenue generated from the fees authorized by the bill.  Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
