The bill would amend the Election Code to eliminate straight party voting for judicial offices. The bill also would modify the ballot order and would create a new category of "Judicial Offices" which groups all judicial candidates together on the ballot. The bill would amend the Election Code to eliminate straight party voting for judicial offices. The bill also would modify the ballot order and would create a new category of "Judicial Offices" which groups all judicial candidates together on the ballot.
