                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD    Austin, Texas      FISCAL NOTE, 84TH LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION            March 31, 2015      TO: Honorable Donna Campbell, Chair, Senate Committee on Veteran Affairs & Military Installations      FROM: Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:SB1824 by Campbell (Relating to limitations on awarding the Texas Legislative Medal of Honor.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Government Code to remove certain restrictions and limitations regarding the number of Texas Legislative Medals of Honor that may be awarded during a regular session. It is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished utilizing existing resources.
