BILL ANALYSIS S.B. 2019 By: Uresti Criminal Jurisprudence Committee Report (Unamended) BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE Interested parties contend that the Texas Violent Gang Task Force would benefit if a representative from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission were included as a member of the task force. S.B. 2019 seeks to address this issue.
