The bill would amend the Civil Practice and Remedies Code to require that citation in connection with an application for an expedited court order allowing the foreclosure of a certain contract liens be served on each person obligated to pay the debt. The Office of Court Administration indicates bill provisions are not anticipated to have a significant fiscal implication for the court system. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
