The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code as it relates to the hours during which a holder of a retail dealer's on-premise late hours license may sell beer. The bill indicates the amendment is intended to clarify rather than change existing law. The bill would take effect immediately upon receiving a two-thirds majority vote in each house, otherwise the bill would take effect September 1, 2015.
