Methodology It is assumed that $10,000,000 in General Revenue per fiscal year will be used for grants for veterans mental health services. Both the House and Senate introduced General Appropriations Bills include a rider that allocates $10,000,000 in General Revenue per fiscal year for this purpose. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
