                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD    Austin, Texas      FISCAL NOTE, 84TH LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION            March 10, 2015      TO: Honorable Donna Campbell, Chair, Senate Committee on Veteran Affairs & Military Installations      FROM: Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:SB660 by Rodríguez (Relating to regional coordinators within the veteran entrepreneur program.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend Government Code to establish regional coordinators within the veteran entrepreneur program at the Texas Veterans Commission.  The Texas Veterans Commission anticipates any additional work resulting from the passage of the bill could be reasonably absorbed within current resources.  The bill would take effect immediately upon receiving a two-thirds majority vote in each house.  Otherwise, the bill would take effect September 1, 2015.
