The bill would amend the Government Code regarding the confidentiality of military service member information. The bill specifies that military service information of a service member ordered to State Active Duty is confidential; however, once that service member is relieved from duty this information becomes public information. The bill would amend the Government Code regarding the confidentiality of military service member information.
