The bill relates to the applicability of open meetings and public information laws to the education research center advisory board. This analysis assumes that any costs for the Texas Education Agency, Texas Workforce Commission, and Higher Education Coordinating Board to implement the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
