The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to relating to the regulation of medical radiologic technology; providing an administrative penalty; imposing fees; requiring anoccupational license. Based on information provided by the Texas Medical Board, any costs associated with implementing the provisions of this bill could be absorbed utilizing current resources.
