The cost to the state for publication of the resolution is $118,681.  The resolution would amend the constitution to state the people have the right to hunt, fish, and harvest wildlife subject to relevant laws and regulation, and that hunting and fishing are preferred methods of wildlife management.  The proposed constitutional amendment would be submitted to voters on November 3, 2015.   Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
