SENATE RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Senate Rule 2.02 provides that while the senate
is in session only certain persons shall be admitted to the floor
of the senate; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 84th
Legislature, hereby suspend Senate Rule 2.02 to grant floor
privileges to the former lieutenant governors, former senate
members, and the former secretary of the senate during the Former
Members Day recognition ceremony.
