Kolkhorst, Chair, Senate Committee on Administration      FROM: Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB101 by Craddick (Relating to the development of and contracting for reclaimed water facilities in certain municipalities.), As Engrossed    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Local Government Code to allow certain municipalities to enter into a contract for reclaimed water facilities. The bill would take effect immediately if it receives a vote of two-thirds in each chamber otherwise it would take effect September 1, 2017.
