                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD    Austin, Texas      FISCAL NOTE, 85TH LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION            May 3, 2017      TO: Honorable Eddie Lucio, Jr., Chair, Senate Committee on Intergovernmental Relations      FROM: Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB1107 by Reynolds (Relating to county regulation of roadside vendors and solicitors.), As Engrossed    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Transportation Code allowing a county with a population of more than 550,000 that is adjacent to a county with a population of four million may regulate roadside vendors and solicitors. The bill would take effect immediately if it receives a two-thirds vote in each chamber; otherwise the bill would take effect September 1, 2017.
