The bill would amend the Local Government Code to require development corporations to broadcast live video and audio of open meetings held by their board of directors over the Internet and to make archived video and audio for these meetings available on the website of the corporation. Local Government Impact The provisions of the bill would apply to a development corporation, which is not a governmental entity.
