The bill would amend the Government Code to expand an existing requirement to broadcast certain meetings of certain governmental entities over the Internet, and to make archived video and audio for these meetings available on the Internet, to include open meetings held by the board of directors of development corporations as established under the Local Government Code and created by home-rule municipalities with a population of over 50,000. Local Government Impact The provisions of the bill would apply to a development corporation, which is not a governmental entity.
