The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to information included in the curriculum of each driver education course and driving safety course. The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and the Department of Public Safety indicate they could absorb the costs associated with the bill within its current resources.  Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
