(relating to the implementation of county solid waste management programs in certain counties.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code allowing a commissioners court by rule to require solid waste collection in the unincorporated area of the county, including the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the county if certain conditions are met. The bill would take effect immediately September 1, 2017.  Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
