The bill would amend the Election Code relating to certain election officers.The Secretary of State anticipates any additional work resulting from the passage of the bill could be reasonably absorbed within current resources.  Local Government Impact The Texas Association of Counties (TAC) anticipates no significant fiscal impact to counties from the provisions of the bill.
