The bill amends the Occupations Code relating to the registration and certification of county tax assessor-collectors and their employees.Based on the analysis of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
