The bill would require the Department of Information Resources (DIR) conduct a one-time study regarding opportunities and strategies to reduce the state's volume of paper transactions, and submit a report on the findings of the study to the governor, lieutenant governor, speaker of the house of representatives, and Legislative Budget Board.
