Local Government Impact The bill would implement recommendations made by the Sunset Advisory Commission (Commission) regarding the Upper Colorado River Authority (UCRA). According to the Commission, no fiscal impact to local government is anticipated for the provision prescribing application of the Sunset Act to UCRA, because provisions requiring review every 12 years and requiring UCRA to pay for those reviews already exist in current law.
