Lozano, Chair, House Committee on Higher Education      FROM: Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB2002 by Lozano (Relating to the location of the Irma Rangel College of Pharmacy.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Education Code to require the primary building in which the Texas A&M University System Health Science Center Irma Lerma Rangel College of Pharmacy is operated to be located in Kleberg County.Based on information provided by the Texas A&M University System Administration, any costs associated with the implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.  Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
