Local Government Impact The bill would partially implement recommendations made by the Sunset Advisory Commission (Commission) regarding the Sulphur River Basin Authority (SRBA). According to the Commission, no fiscal impact to local government is anticipated for the provision prescribing application of the Sunset Act to SRBA, because provisions requiring a Sunset review every 12 years and requiring SRBA to pay for those reviews already exist in current law.
