The bill would amend Texas Water Code, Section 5.552(d) to require an applicant for an environmental permit to place a sign at the site of the facility or proposed facility that states that an application for a permit has been filed; the name of, and contact information for, the applicant; the proposed site use; and the manner in which the applicant may be contacted for further information.
